Information for customers staying more than 2 days.
Rooms are cleaned from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
At that time, we also change the bed /futon.
We will knock on the door and ask before cleaning.
Please note at the time of cleaning,the staff have been instructed to clean as much as possible without your belongings and not to dispose off anything except that is in the bins.
Kiriya Futon Information
Room bedding not put away during breakfast time, so please make yourself at home until check-out time.
When you’ll stay a few days, if you would like to the room bedding put away, please hang out the door sign before you leave.
We will clean the room but “keep bedding” when there’re no sign on the door until the noon, the cleaning time 10:00~12:00 in the morning.
If you wouldn’t like to clean the room, and so on, please call our frontdesk.
We will bring new bath amenity goods, when you come back from skiing and sightseeing.
